HR Administrator

We are looking for HR Administrator for Abu Dhabi region.

Responsibilities:

•HR Operations – Day-to-Day operations essential meeting the needs of our employees.

•Prepare and maintain HR related reports, Employee’s personnel records & internal HR Data.

• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

•Maintains monthly reports related to Head count (FTE & Hired Labor), Attrition, Offices Administration, Labor Camps etc.

•Support in raising PR’s, providing status of contractor’s SOA’s, Vehicles and Fuel card requests and arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.

•Ensure timey renewal and record maintenance of all applicable suppliers and tenancy contracts.

•Visit the Sharjah Office, once or Twice every week as need arises. •Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement.

•Proficient in MS Excel.

•Holds a Valid UAE Driving License.
