HR Assistant

Job Location-

Requirement for this position
Ø Candidate must have graduation degree
Ø Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR & Administrative role
Ø Must have strong communication skills verbal & written- English and Hindi
Ø Advance excel knowledge is must.
Ø Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database.
Ø Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Ø Aware about the hiring process
Ø Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ø Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Ø Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
Ø Assisting PRO in visa process and documentation
Ø Maintain and renew trade licenses, Ejari and typing tenancy contract
